Men than women under pressure

The BBC reported that British economic downturn has made many people feel the spirit of the shock, but the spirit of the impact of man is obviously under pressure as a woman.

 
British mental health organization "Mind" of 2055 adults carried out survey found that 40% of the men now acknowledge stable employment and income issues and work to make them feel depressed.

 
The organization said that only in England, now have 2.7 million men have mental illness, such as depression, anxiety or tension.

 
Do not want to expose
The survey also shows that women are more reluctant than men to talk about their problems with others: 53% of women said they talk about their problems together with friends, while only 29% of men do so.
Psychological problems occur when the proportion of males seeking treatment was significantly lower than women.
About a third of people say, talking about this problem makes them feel embarrassed.

 
Suicide
In the UK, 75% of people who commit suicide are men, including a survey, the age of 35 who committed suicide, two-thirds of suicide did not work.
The survey said that 5% of men said they considered suicide, and have had this idea of women as compared to 2%.

 
Ethnic differences
The survey also showed that some feel the spirit of national impact was significantly greater than other nations.
For example, Africa and the Caribbean-American man was the proportion of mandatory detention in a psychiatric hospital three times a white man, in other psychiatric in-patient proportion of them than other people.

 
Call
The organization said that while the incidence of mental illness between men and women roughly the same, but the proportion of men diagnosed treatment is much smaller.
